AirCo Travel - Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
At AirCo Travel, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you encounter any issues with your eSIM, we offer the following refund options under certain conditions:
Refund Requests: You may request a refund or eSIM replacement if you're unable to use the eSIM due to an error or omission by AirCo Travel. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Resolution of Issues: If AirCo Travel resolves the issue preventing the use of your eSIM within 10 days after receiving your notice, no refund will be issued.
Cooperation: In the event of an issue, customers must cooperate with AirCo Travel to resolve the matter. A refund will not be granted if you refuse to assist in resolving the issue.
2. Conditions for Refund
Expiration of Validity: No refund will be provided for data that expires after the validity period of the eSIM package.
Accidental Purchases: Once an eSIM is activated, it will be considered as 'used.' No refund will be granted for accidental purchases, except under special circumstances as outlined below.
3. Exceptions
Compensation: Refunds will not be issued for charges associated with alternate SIM cards, devices, or service providers, including hotel phone charges or charges unrelated to your AirCo Travel eSIM account.
Fraudulent Purchases: AirCo Travel reserves the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Unauthorized Purchases: If you suspect unauthorized purchases, please contact us immediately. Refunds will only be processed after an investigation.
Replacements: eSIMs purchased using AirCo Travel credits (such as earned vouchers) can be replaced within 30 days from the purchase date.
4. Dispute Process
Incorrect Charges: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please notify us within 12 days of the transaction. Include details of why the charge is disputed and the amount you believe is correct.
Other Reasons: Refund requests outside the conditions mentioned will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, no processing fee will apply, and the refund will be issued for the total amount paid.
