How to Install an eSIM on iPhone (Step by Step)

Installing a travel eSIM on an iPhone takes about two minutes. Do it on Wi-Fi before you leave, then switch it on when you land.

Before you start

• Your iPhone must be carrier-unlocked and support eSIM (iPhone XS/XR or newer).
• Keep your order email with the QR code open on another screen, or print it.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Cellular (or Mobile Data).
2. Tap Add eSIM, then Use QR Code.
3. Scan the QR code from your AirCo Travel email.
4. Label the plan, for example “Travel”.
5. Keep your main line for calls and texts, and select the travel eSIM for Cellular Data.

When you land

Turn on the travel eSIM and enable Data Roaming for that line only. Your phone connects automatically.
